Why use LiveJournal for an art site?
The short answer is, I'm hopeless at all but the most basic site design.
I have yet to devise a way to make a site that is both visually pleasing and easy to update, and one day I thought "Man, I wish I could use something as easy as LJ for an art site."
Then, "Well, why can't I use LJ?" It's pretty, and easy to customize (and I can do a complete overhaul without days and days of work), and easy to update.
So here's how it works: The Table of Contents is located on the front page. Clicking a link will take you to a Gallery entry, with thumbnails. Clicking a thumbnail will take you to another entry, where you can find the full image and a description.
All text and images in this journal belong to ME, except where otherwise noted.

repost or archive images elsewhere
edit images
pass these images off as your own work
use these images for commercial purposes
use these images for icons/layouts/etc. without written permission.

I highly recommend Rydia for art site hosting.
Friending:
This journal will not friend anyone. Why? It's an archive. A more-or-less inactive storage space. And inactive watchers weird people out. Anyone whose journal I want to watch will be friended by my main journal.
I recommend, also, that you not friend this journal. Updates will be be either sporadic or twenty-entries-in-one-day spam. It'll be pretty boring. If you really want a dose of Jen on your flist, friend my main journal.
